F260 Day 239: Hebrews 3-4

F260 Day 239: Hebrews 3-4

Hebrews 3-4

The author of Hebrews gives us two examples of faithfulness: Jesus and Moses. Moses was faithful as a servant. Jesus was faithful as a son. The reader is then warned against unbelief, as he recalls Israel’s rebellion in the wilderness. Unbelief caused them to miss God’s blessing. The same can happen with us if we do not continue in faith and obedience. We will miss out on the rest & security that comes with being in Christ.

Today we are called to faithfulness and obedience. Today is the opportunity we have to encourage other believers in their faith. We’re not resting on the past, nor are we looking to the future. We live in the moment and recognize where our faith is “today.” Today we must choose to walk in faith & not harden our hearts. So, each day let us choose wisely.

What are you doing “today” to walk in obedience & faithfulness?
